According to the theoretical basis of the model, and under the conditions of the basic hypothesis, combined with ion theory, and double membrane theory, the LF refining process dynamic model of liquid steel to phosphorus has been established, and it is also been fitted and validated by using the field test data. Experimental results show that the apparent rate constant of the LF refining process molten steel back to phosphorus is between 13 ~19×10~(-3)g/( cm~2·s), the predicted result of the model is accordance with the test results. With the application of the model, we found that the error between predicted result and actual measured values of the model within the 1.51ppm, so the predicted result of the model can be used to predict the phosphorus content of steel at a certain moment. This provides a good theoretical guidance for the control of the LF refining rephosphorization.
