摘要

The main purpose of this report is to compare partial LED luminous flux measurements of the integrating sphere and huge Si detector by taking the CIE 127:2007 and the IES LM-79-08 as references. Owing to the complex mass production process of LEDs, the characteristics between LED dies are different, and all the production of LED die should be measured in order to ensure its quality. Thus, in order to enhance the testing speed of each LED die on the mass production, different partial LED flux testing methods were studied in this study. Optical simulations based on the real geometries were used to confirm the gathering partial LED flux using the integrating sphere and huge Si detector. The simulation and measurement results in this report can be used as future reference of different partial LED flux testing methods to measure the large number of LED die.
