Externalities of Science Popularization

摘要

This paper introduces the theory of externality into science popularization research. It discusses formation of the externality of science popularization and embodiment of its positive externality and negative externality. The purpose of this paper isto explore new means and new methods of science popularization re-search, develop new areas of science popularization research, and improve the efficiency of science populari-zation resource allocation.
