Competitive Intelligence System Oriented to Capital Venture

摘要

Based on the concepts and characteristics of Venture Capital, the paper finds the competitive in-telligence needs in the operation of venture capital. It constructs a broad sense competitive intelligence sys-tem frame model which is oriented to the development of VC industry,to meet the needs of competitive intel-ligence and to provide competitive intelligence services. The Competitive Intelligence System is constituted by types of information platform, relying on the professional teams, with information disclosure and re-straint mechanism at the core.
