摘要

Due to the wide scope, many participants and long construction time of project, the risk of EPC general contracting is far greater than the common engineering contracting. So it needs objective, accurate and reasonable evaluation. Through the EPC contracting risk evaluation index and extension analysis and correlation functions, this study establish the Extension Element model which contributes to evaluate the risk of EPC contracting. On the other hand, this paper put forward objective and comprehensive risk evaluation results and the level of risk to assist decision makers.
