In this paper, the crystallinity and tensile strength of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filled with 7wt.% Y_2O_3-ZrO_2 (YSZ) were studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and mechanical property testing. The results show that the crystallinity gradually increases while tensile strength decreases with the stretch ratio going up; with YSZ content increasing, the tensile strength increases while the crystallinity decreases.
