The Issue of Industial Transformation in Shenyang City since 1990s

An important issue affecting state security and economic prosperity is industrial transformation of the old industrial city in China's regional economy, yet it still remains incompletely resolved. Here we investigated the changes in industrial transformation in the old industrial city. There are some critical regional features on the changes. Namely, it analyses the change of industrial structure, which including the high-class and the ecology of the secondary industry, the proportion of coordination within the secondary industry. In addition, the results indicate that location of Shenyang city has transferred from an old industrial space to a new industrial space.
