The blocking reduced the efficiency of heat-exchanging unit, affected the oil quality. In order to solve the problem, the researchers used different type heat-exchanging unit and operation parameters, but had little effects. In view of this, the anther take samples from the component of blockage and the import and export of oil, by using the chemical analysis, XRD diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other means to analyse the qualitative and quantitative of the blockage. The main components of blockage are heavy oil and silicon aluminum scale. Its origin lies that the impurity content in oil is high. The inorganic components in oil form scale silicon aluminum layer in the tube wall, the deposition of asphaltenes exacerbated the adsorption force, which formed a group of organic and inorganic clogs to cause the clogging the heat-exchanging unit.
