Graphene has been the subject of intensive research due to its intriguing electronic structure, which is expected to be important for practical energy application [1-2]. Despite being only a single atom layer, graphene also shows remarkable optical properties. The linear dispersion of the Dirac electrons makes broadband applications possible and non-equilibrium carriers result in hot luminescence with chemical and physical treatments[3]. This makes it an ideal photonic and optoelectronic material.
