Summary. The efficacy and safety of two-wave Nd:YAP microsecond laser usage in the treatment of patients with multiple renal stones located in the remote inaccessible calices are discussed. Additional percutaneous minimal access during PCNL were used.Introduction. It is well known that the most difficult group of patients with stone disease are patients with staghom renal calculi. Endourology at the modern stage of development can provide adequate methods of surgical treatment of this pathology. In this publication we would like to call attention to another group of patients, whose surgical treatment, in our opinion, is more difficult. In addition, according to our observations, these patients remain without the necessary surgical treatment and outcomes are pyonephrosis, sepsis, chrome renal failure.
