This work deals with the design and implementation of a training module for three phase induction motor control, which was divided in the design of: the isolation stage, the drivers, the power inverter and the control source. The simulation was carried out in Matlab to determine the system behavior and for the generation of the waveforms which is finally implemented using the VHDL code in the control device (FPGA). A Matlab's Graphical User Interface was design to download the generated SPWM modulations to the control device allowing starting and braking. Finally the Teaching Module was tested, using an optimized SPWM modulation.
