A NEW STUDY OF 'ENTREPRENEURIAL' SCHOOL-ENTERPRISE COOPERATION MODE

This paper presents a brand new development mode of school-enterprise cooperation-Entrepreneurial mode.The mode not only greatly saves the sponsoring capital for school authorities but also reduces the waste of idle equipment for enterprises by leading schools properly into enterprises.Above all, it achieves mutual benefit by making their respective advantages complementary to each other.As is agreed in the agreement, the school's teachers and scientific research shall be bias to solving practical application problems of the enterprise.I.e.the enterprise has profity for the transfer of the school's scientific research and technological and the employ of excellent graduates from the school.Vice versa,students of the school may take advantage of the advanced equipment of the cooperation enterprise and learn to operate the machines according the enterprise's production requirements, which offers students opportunity to accumulate valuable front-line experience and also help students find jobs fit for them; meanwhile, enterprises also provide support for training double-meaning teachers.All in all,this new ent,epreneurial mode achieves the harmonious development of schools, enterprises and students.Therefore, it is worth promoting.
