Technologies and innovation matrix for behavior-motivation-embedded web 2.0 services

摘要

In this study, a healthcare service innovation case is analyzed to conclude a practical solution for innovating behavior-motivation-embedded Web 2.0 services. The solution includes reusable software modules and an innovation matrix addressing engineering issues, design issues, and management issues of the proposed type of service innovation in a holistic way. An emerging paradigm of generic behavior-motivation-embedded services for various application domains is then discovered and proposed for further evaluation.
