摘要

Ultrasonic ranging system has been developed base on the ultrasonic reflection principle in the air, ultrasonic wave propagation time in the air was timed by single chip microcomputer and then ultrasonic distance measurement can be realized. This article highlights the system's hardware components, error analysis, and have carried out a detailed analysis and research. In order to realize the high accuracy range finder, this article has designed two kind of standard back plates. The standard back plate had considered all factor which influence range measuring system precision, it does not look like predecessor such to consider the temperature merely the factor, Therefore this article designs the ultrasonic ranging system not only realizes the high accuracy range finder, simultaneously is suitable for each kind complex and the bad environment.
