Study on Supplier Alliance's Investment Behavior in Collaboration RD with RD Spillovers

摘要

this paper studied on alliance members' investment policies with equal profit sharing and proportional profit sharing in supplier alliance collaboration R&D based on R&D spillovers,and further analyzed how this decision will be influenced by three exogenous structural variables:R&D spillovers,market size,and the profit-sharing arrangement.The R&D spillovers have positive effect on expected investment,and under equal profit sharing mechanism,members have more expected investment.So supplier alliance in collaboration R&D should adopt equal profit sharing,and reinforce the communication of information and learn from each other to improve rate of R&D spillovers,and promote the members' desire of R&D investment.
