Usually in the pharmaceutical industry is very used the '2~k factorial design' method to evaluates different variables on their processes, because it's cheaper to design experiments than to test with industrial production. However, it's very difficult in a SAG milling plant to create artificial scenarios for different conditions and variables to be evaluated jointly. Currently there are technologies in plant that allow tracking on line and register a lot of parameters, with this data is possible to develop statistical analysis and conclude.
