Methods for Railway Enterprise Making Well-Founded Choice of Indicators in Management

摘要

In article the approach for choice key indicators of efficiency (KPI) for creation of the balanced system of indicators(BSC) at the railway enterprise is offered.The approach on search and assignment to an indicator of the status the key is based on a statistical quality monitoring of productions (Six Sigma),and also on the Theory of Constraints (TOC).The knowledge and application of these methods(BSC,Six Sigma,TOC)will allow management of the railway enterprise objectively,economically soundly to make decisions on management of object of a railway infrastructure.
