The Evaluation Studies to the Risk of the Knowledge Workers Wastage in the High-tech Enterprises of China

In this paper, on the basis of establishing the risk evaluation index system form the two variables, which are the extent of loss and possibility of the Knowledge Workers Wastage in the high-tech enterprises, we make the analysis and evaluation to the risk of the wastage by using the principal component analysis algorithm and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in order to promote the accuracy and scientific of the risk evaluation
