In this paper, C2R model of the DEA method are combined respectively with TOPSIS model and BCC model of the DEA method to analyze the economic efficiency of 18 districts in Beijing from 2007 to 2009 by selecting the appropriate input and output measures .Considering the practical situation, we analyze the relevant policies and give some suggestions on developing regional economy.
