EU External Governance from the Perspective of Soft Power and Its Implications for China

摘要

European Union governance model is a typical representation of soft power,its original value and demonstration effect that are called the model of soft power.EU external governance base on the EU's strong economic strength,use of the EU's soft power,and influence and shape the neighboring countries through the promotion of values and norms.This article start from the analysis of EU values and culture,the common security and foreign policy and foreign aid policies,combined with the soft power of EU external governance model,and summarizes the implications for China.
