摘要

With the process of China's urbanization,the construction of region interurban railway line network design enters a period of rapid growth.Line network layout design evaluation is a key link in the process of interurban railway line network layout design and assessment decision.As a result,establishing a scientific assessing index system and adopting systematic evaluation methods are very important for assessing and guiding each urban agglomeration's interurban railway line network layout.This article states the characteristics of interurban railway line network layout design,it establishes integrated assessment system of indices by choosing indices from two aspects namely network characteristics and other related factors,and detailed analysis and accurate definition are made based on the above characteristics.It models by double-layer entropy-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,comes up with integrated evaluation procedure and operation method which somehow reduces subjectivity,one-sidedness during evaluation procedure and the phenomenon that evaluator makes hard decision about the evaluation results.And the model and method are used in this article to compare alternatives of interurban railway network layout design.At the end of the article,the practical example verifies the scientific and feasibility of double-layer entropy-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
