In view of the trial-hoisting problem in the trial-production process of big steel ladle, Simulate the standing force condition with the method of concentric circles annular load. This paper has built deduced, analysed and calculated the mechanics model and formula of steel ladle with elastic mechanics theory. After practised and improvement, this method already had become the checking process of steel ladle.
