Research on Key Techniques of Multi-sensor Intelligent Video Surveillance System

摘要

In order to improve the traceability and the tracking precision of fast moving targets on its own, a intelligent video monitoring solution is proposed. Sound source localization technology was adopted to realize quick positioning for dynamic target. Three-frame-difference method was given to detect the moving object, then the obtained target center parameters were used as the control signals of PTZ control system to drive the camera to trace the moving target for real-time tracking and monitoring. Experiments and simulations show that the control schemes can completely satisfy the requirement of monitoring.
