A group decision making model of water resources management based on supporting degrees of experts

摘要

A group decision making model based on supporting degrees of experts is proposed for selecting the best potential solution to the degradation of the Shiyang river basin. In order to balance the expectations of each expert, a weighted arithematic average based PROMETHEE method is employed to aggregate the opinions from different departments. The weights of experts are calculated by using the corresponding supporting degrees after experts presented their rankings of the alternatives instead of assigning them a priori weight subjectively.
