Comparative Study on Regional Differences of FDI Technology Spillover Effects and Influencing Factors

摘要

FDI has an active and far-reaching effect on technological advance, economic growth and industrial structure upgrading. It is of great practical significance how to better utilize FDI, optimize utility pattern and structure of foreign capital, unimpeded FDI technology overspill channel, improve the technology absorbing ability of domestic enterprises, and then how to promote FDI technology overspill effect. This paper elaborates the difference of FDI technology overspill effect in east-central-west regions; it also analyzes and compares the influence factor of technology overspill effect. And then it provides some countermeasures for promoting the technological advance and industrial upgrading in domestic enterprises.
