Expressway is mitochondrial engineering in field which land occupation is large, moreover, the duration is long and rehabilitation is difficult. But the current standard is far from the real value of the land. Base on modem land appraisal theory and land shadow price model, comprehensively considered of expressway land value composition, the paper put forward a new mode of expressway-land price constitution depend on sustainable development, to establish theory and method of value estimation of expressway land. Then establish a reasonable and standardized expressway engineering and land programs. Making expressway Daqing to Guangzhoug as an example and contrasting with the cost of bridge and tunnel leading the way, retaining structures and the value of the land selected to draw up the scheme of land saving.
