With the knowledge economy coming, knowledge management has become an important method for professional colleges to obtain distinctive competition advantage, and adopting the right knowledge management strategy is the need of competition and survival for vocational colleges. Knowledge management strategy is divided into "codification strategy" and "personalization strategy", when facing the different situations, different specialties and different objects, vocational colleges usually adopt the different knowledge management strategy, how to choose an appropriate knowledge management strategy practically, it needs analyze and study the affecting factors deeply.
