摘要

The ventilation of mine local ventilator is the key factor for coal safety production. Due to the poor stability of heading face gas emission and the hysteresis and limitations of conventional local ventilator speed control system, the Fuzzy PID is put forward. The system can adjust the fuzzy rule factor according to the deviation of gas concentration and the change rate of deviation so as to realizes the rotational speed self-adaptive control of local ventilator. The simulation results provide evidence for the flexibility and adaptability as well as high precision and good stability of the new system. As such, the ventilating condition of heading face can be greatly improved, It also increased the efficiency of local ventilator operation and the effect of energy-saving.
