We have increased paint line speed by average 30% on most of our various products. Better control of coating thickness has allowed us to reduce powder usage on various products. Estimate $50,000 annually. More opportunity to reduce/eliminate manual sprayers through use of auto guns. (estimate $25,000 annually) Less powder inventory to maintain (not calculated) Increase the line density with more parts per linear foot due to better powder coating capability (not calculated) The part identification & storage system will speed up the set up time for making changes to the auto guns.
