According to the characteristics of renewable resources and the actual recycling conditions in China, the main influence factors of renewable resource recycling logistics network were analyzed Moreover, the guiding principles and general ideas of the construction of renewable resource recycle logistics network were analyzed, and its framework and operation measures were elaborately designed for government management departments and renewable resource machining enterprises to improve the ability of distributed processing of recycling and promote a healthy and orderly development of renewable resource industry.
