摘要

The transportation valve of Qiaogong adopts the Flatgate type, its factual working head is higher than other projects which have completed at home and abroad, this ship lock breaks records of the adoption of Flat-gate type. The working conditions of this type of valve directly affect the running of the ship lock such as cavitation and vibration, etc. This paper systematic introduces the achievement of this ship lock prototype observation, including hydraulic characteristics, the process of lifting force of tumble gate when opening and closing, and the process of uplifting force of the miter gate. The fruits of this prototype debug have provided the important scientific basis for the safety navigation of ship lock.
