Research on core competitiveness of Chinese retail industry based on 020

The emergence of e-commerce retailers is a huge impact on traditional retailers. However, with the development of the network, drawbacks of online shopping gradually appear. The traditional retailers and the e-commerce retailers are facing long-term development difficulties. The emergence of 020 has brought the retail industry a further development. This paper mainly discusses the key points and the business processes of 020 as well as the vertebral body model of retail enterprise's core competitiveness based on 020. After analyzing the development of Chinese retail industry, the author tries to do a research on the core competitiveness of Chinese retail industry based on 020 and thus provide some advices for the development of Chinese retail industry.
