Knowledge Sharing in a Learning Organization and Analysis of Social network

摘要

This research paper is devoted to the research into the relationship between locations of members in learning groups and their behaviour in knowledge sharing. Social network analysis has been used in the study of characteristics of the knowledge sharing and management of learning groups. The analysis of network density, centrality and intermediary features can lead to the mastery of the direction of knowledge flow and management location from the perspective of quantity management. This can make it possible to detect the problems existing in the knowledge sharing and management of learning groups. What has been done can promote the exchange between members and enhance their communication and cooperation, thus contributing to the formation of knowledge network of and optimizing knowledge managing.
