Analysis of Cycle Evolution of Co-opetition Relationship about Industrial Clusters

The key difference between Industrial Clusters and market frame or bureaucratic organization is the co-opetition character of the enterprises in the Industrial Clusters. The relationship of co-opetition in Industrial Clusters is the basic drive from appearance of the Industrial Clusters to their declining. Such relationship of co- opetition makes great effects to efficiency for the Industrial Clusters and guides the development direction of Industrial Cluster. The whole life cycle of the cluster could be divided into four stages, respectively embryonic stage, the growing stage, the mature stage and the recession stage. As the life cycle of the Industrial Clusters evolves, the relationship of the co-opetition could be four types, respectively the isolating type, the partnership type, the cooperation type and the debating type among these stages.
