Sustainable Utilization Evaluation Model Study of Water Resources Based on SVM

摘要

The basic implement methods of support vector classification and support vector regression have been expounded. The actual evaluation results have been acquired when SVC and SVR applied to sustainable utilization evaluation of water resources in Chaohe river basin provide a new thinking and approaches for sustainable development evaluation.
