On Perfection and Influence of Organizational Structure of Chinese Banking Regulatory Organ

摘要

With the improvement of legal system of Chinese market economy, the organizational legislation of Chinese banking supervision become more and more sound. However there are still exit some problems such as vagueness of legal nature of supervisory organ and unreasonable inner management, which exert detrimental effect to the realization of banking supervisory function of government. Therefore, reasonable organizational structure of banking supervisory organ is pre-condition to realize that China manages banking industry effectively according to the law.
