Originated from(C_4H_9O)_4Ti, TiO_2 was synthesized by low temperature hydrolysis process in this paper. After being prepared by decomposing ammonium tungstate and covering on the surface of TiO_2, TiO_2/WO_3 were characterized by XRD, DRS, FS. With sunlight as the light source, pH=5.0, catalyst concentration was 1.0g.L~(-1), concentration of methyl orange was 5.0mg.L~(-1).It has been shown that TiO_2/WO_3 powders(15%,873K) has the most photodegradation efficiency, and the degradation efficiency of 95% after 4 hours.
