摘要

TiO2/graphene composite photocatalysts were fabricated and the photocatalytic hydrogen-generating capabilities of the catalysts from H20 and H2S were investigated. The results showed that Ti-O-C bond formed in the TiO2/graphene composites, and as a co-catalyst, graphene attached to semiconductor surfaces can efficiently enhance the hydrogen evolution from H20 and H2S, which can be compared with that of the same semiconductor materials containing platinum under the same conditions. And the TiO2/graphene composite photocatalysts can still remain over 90% photocatalytic activity afterphotocatalytic hydrogen-generating from H2S and renewed in organic solution.
