Research on the problems of China's railway refrigerated transport and solutions

摘要

In this paper, we have analyzed on the problems existed in China's railway refrigerated transport, and have found that equipments of railway refrigerated transport are in poor conditions and have low utilization rate, the setting of freights' transport fees is irrational, duration of the transport is long and the refrigerated transport organization is lagging behind. For the above problems, this paper have proposed to develop the railway refrigerated containers, to develop a flexible price policy, to increase the assessment efforts on the dwell time of refrigerated transport vehicles, to comply with the assessment criteria of transit time of refrigerated transport vehicles strictly and to conduct a comprehensive dynamic monitoring on railway refrigerated transport through using management information system of railway transportation to reform the refrigerated transport organization, and thereby improving the quality of railway refrigerated transport.
