cold-bent section is one kind economic section molding of low energy consumption and high benefit, it is widely applied in the construction, the astronautics, the light industry and so on many fields. Deformation mechanism of the cold- bent section is extremely complex, relations of deformation strength and energy and steel belt deformation can not described by the simple function. Thus leads to complexity of the roll pass design. Although eigenfinite strip theory has removed the factor of longitudinal deformable dimension, it has abbreviated the massive redundant data proceeding than the finite element method. But it still had the massive redundant data in the deformation process analysis. Existing styles of these redundant data are difference, styles of manifestation are also different, moreover changing along with change of time and logic. These redundant data have directly affected speed and precision of information processing. Seeking the primary playing factor in the steel belt deforming process is solving redundant data' good method, because thus may place study emphasis on the deformable primary factor, few consider other factors. Studying shape characteristic of thing information may remove the redundant data. Establishing multi-Agent system corresponding with the steel belt characteristic eigenfinite strip sets, Introducing characteristic multi- Agent model strategy can intelligentize the condensing data, thus can realize the roll pass design intelligentization.
