摘要

In this paper, we continue study a flow injection analysis of a bi-enzyme electrode, with the aim of finding the ratio of the two enzymes involved which yields the highest current amplitude. A detailed comparison is given of three mathematical models (each neglecting different aspects of the biosensor functionality) and we try to recommend the best modelling strategy under various physical conditions. It is expected that, due to the more complex physical configuration of this system, the inclusion of diffusion effects will be important in the modelling process.
