This paper is concerned with design and optimization of cooling system for high-power LED luminaire. Dimension, shape and topology optimization algorithms and their program realization are developed with the use of MathCad for the maximal heat transfer rate, least temperature gradient between LED and fins, minimal weight of cooling system. Thermal design by Comsol Multiphysics showed that the system on the base of heat pipes is the most effective system for high-power LED luminaire.
