Platinum Resistance Precision Thermometer

摘要

A design method of high precision Thermometer which is based on AT89C52 was presented in this paper. To improve system accuracy, dual current source bridge and linear interpolation algorithm were used. And a new test way which is combined hardware and software method was proposed.
