Manage and Reuse Group Experts Knowledge through Case-Based Reasoning

摘要

The expert knowledge in settling unstructured complex decision problems has important reference and reuse value for solving new similar problems, but it is difficult to form rules for the computer to understand and use. The method of using Case-Based Reasoning methodology (CBR) to support group experts collaboration decision-making is proposed for effectively using expert knowledge. The method organizes all previous problems and experts knowledge into the expert personal cases and study cases, inspires novel ideas by retrieving and utilizing the similar cases of new problems, to enhance the expert decisionmaking support.
