摘要

The effect of carbon black fraction on fatigue crack growth rate of vulcanized natural rubber used in engine mount applications was studied based on fracture mechanics approach. Fatigue crack growth rate was determined from the cyclic tests of specimens with different carbon black fractions and results were presented as a function of tearing energy. The fatigue crack growth rate of natural rubber at a given tearing energy was decreased with the increase in fraction of carbon black.
