On the Existing Problems and Countermeasure About Implementation of Government Procurement in Our Colleges and Universities

摘要

Government procurement plays an important role in the ration use of funds, avoiding the emergence of corruption, improving the theory of government procurement and promoting the development of Colleges and Universities. However, there are still some problems in actual operation of government procurement such as inadequate laws and regulations, inaccurate procurement budget ,low quality of procurement staff, less scientific system of and evaluation, etc. this paper discusses countenneasures to solve these problems and makes recommendations such as strengthening the functions of supervision, standardizing the process of procurement and guaranteeing the detailed budget to improve the quality of government procurement.
