After the restructuring, China Harbor Engineering Company Ltd. (CHEC) began to transform to the integrated service business model. By the case research on the integrated service business model of CHEC, this paper analyses a kind of business model which based on a specific strategic form--integrated service strategy and put forward the integrated service business model elements which include three units (customer value proposition, enterprise resources and ability, the profit model) and 9 elements (identification, products and services, resources conformity ability, information system, the talented person troop, enterprise culture, control system, high quality project, strategic alliance).
