摘要

The quality of angelica dahurica drying by low-temperature adsorption drying technique was studied. The effects of drying medium temperature, relative humidity of drying medium and wind speed on the content of imperatorin and total coumarin were investigated.Based on the final water ratio less than or equal to 12% after drying, the best drying process conditions are as follows: temperature 40 °C, relative humidity 3~4%, air velocity 0.208m/s; content of imperatorin and coumarins is 0.206 % and 1.210% respectively.It’s proved that low-temperature adsorption drying technique is a highly effective drying way to rapidly obtain dried angelica dahurica (drying time 4.1h) meanwhile minimizing product quality deterioration.
