In this paper, we consider the problem of finding an ellipsoidal bound of reachable sets for neutral systems with bounded peak disturbances. Based on the modified augmented Lyapunov-Krasovskii type functional, we obtain a delay-dependent result expressed in the form of matrix inequalities containing only one non-convex scalar. Furthermore, a descriptor model transformation and the decomposition technique of discrete delay term matrix are used to obtain a “smaller” ellipsoidal bound of reachable sets. An example is given to indicate significant improvements over some existing results.
