The theory of system engineering point of view, considering the status of the real estate industry development present situationand real estate industry-specific management system, designed real estate brand development policy model. Proposed through the brand integration and brand associated two basic ways to real estate industry structure of brand rationalization,meanwhile put forword a series of supporting policies to guide policy, security policy and feedback policy, brand integration and brand associates to ensure the successful implementation of the system to form policy mix model for the real estate industry to provide ideas on brand management.
